چکیده
Problems. In many cases, the problem arises of choosing from a variety alternatives to measuring instruments necessary for parameters technological process. So as that with different designs, operating principles and technical are produced by manufacturers. One important problems in development these systems is selection optimal operational metrological characteristics accordance manufacturer's specifications terms reference system design.
Methodology. Multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) used order solve related several criteria. The high accuracy sensors ensure accurate readings, although there involved process: flow rate; gas or gases used; temperature; pressure; pressure drop; price; accuracy; response time; warm-up stable measurement range (turndown) selected.
Findings. Selection process meter information-measuring considered. Criteria meters studied, shown multi-criterial problem. Algorithm proposed. Proposed algorithm based on AHP method TOPSIS. An idea following. İnitially experts select some alternatives, which meet all requirements suppliers. At next step relative importance calculated. After decision matrixes composed determine preferences goals.
Originality. Better alternative determined ranking alternatives. Practical value. Applying proposed increases reliability final automates using corresponding software.

EMiner: A Tool for Selecting Classification Algorithms and Optimal Parameters
In this paper, Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used to search for combinations of learning algorithms and associated parameters with maximum accuracy. An important feature of the approach is that the GA initial population is formed by using parameter values gathered from ExpDB (a public database of data mining experiments). The proposed approach was implemented in a tool called EMiner, built on top o...
متن کاملA Signal Pre-processing Algorithm Applied for Ultrasonic Flow-meter
In order to solve the problem of time difference ultrasonic flow meter’s low accuracy, against the basic characteristics of the sample data, a data-processing algorithm is proposed. First, we use shell sort do a data pre-processing to the samples, then remove the error of the sample space by complex digital filter, and use the error compensation algorithm to get the final sample results. Among ...

One of the challenging problems in the Oil & Gas industry is accurate and reliable multiphase flow rate measurement in a three-phase flow. Application of methods with minimized uncertainty is required in the industry. Previous developed correlations for two-phase flow are complex and not capable of three-phase flow. Hence phase behavior identification in different conditions to designing and mo...

Machining parameter selection and tolerance specification for raw materials, machine tools and fixtures directly affect product geometric quality and system productivity. However, there currently exists no integrated method for analyzing these variables for machining systems. This paper presents a methodology for simultaneously selecting optimal machining process parameters and tolerance specif...
متن کاملA Sub-Optimal Look-Up Table Based on Fuzzy System to Enhance the Reliability of Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
Coriolis mass flow meters are one of the most accurate tools to measure the mass flow in the industry. However, two-phase mode (gas-liquid) may cause severe operating difficulties as well as decreasing certitude in measurement. This paper presents a method based on fuzzy systems to correct the error and improve the reliability of these sensors in the presence of two-phase model fluid. Definite ...
